All photographs, imagery, artwork, text, branding, and design elements displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Ellie Simcock and are protected under UK and international copyright laws.

  • Purchase Rights: Purchasing a physical fine art print grants the customer ownership of the physical paper print only.

  • Copyright Retention: The purchase of a print does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial licensing rights to the buyer. You may not scan, reproduce, duplicate, alter, redistribute, digitize, or commercially exploit any photograph or artwork without explicit, prior written permission from Ellie Simcock.

3. Fine Art Print Production & Color Representation

All prints are custom-produced on demand to museum-grade standards using archival pigment inks and fine art papers (Hahnemühle and Canson stocks) via our professional printing partner, theprintspace.

  • Screen vs. Paper Displays: Backlit digital screens (smartphones, iPads, and computer monitors) render colors and brightness differently than physical paper. Subtle variations in tone, contrast, and color balance may occur between your digital screen and the physical printed paper stock.

4. Order Acceptance & Pricing

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ellie Simcock Photography shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of physical products beyond the total value of the order placed.-----

Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Production, Localized Shipping & Sustainability

All fine art prints are custom-printed on demand to ensure archival gallery quality.

  • Production Time: Orders are typically printed, inspected, and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.

  • Localized Global Fulfillment: In partnership with theprintspace, orders are produced locally in the UK, EU, and USA whenever possible to ensure fast delivery, minimize import customs, and provide 100% carbon-neutral shipping.

  • Packaging: Prints are shipped flat in rigid packaging or rolled in heavy-duty protective cardboard tubes, depending on size, to guarantee safe arrival.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship fine art prints worldwide using fully tracked postal and courier services.

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days post-dispatch.

  • Europe & North America: 2–5 business days post-dispatch (fulfilled locally where applicable).

  • Rest of the World: 5–12 business days post-dispatch.

(Note: For shipments outside local fulfillment zones, any local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country remain the responsibility of the recipient.)

3. Returns & Damaged Items

  • Print-on-Demand Policy: In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations regarding custom and bespoke goods, all print sales are final once production has commenced. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged in transit or with a printing fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at elliesimcockphotography.@gmail.com. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged print and outer packaging so we can immediately process a free replacement through our print lab.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Stripe / PayPal: Secure payment processing (we do not store or have access to your full credit card details).

We retain order details only as long as necessary to fulfill legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request the correction or complete deletion of your personal data.
